(Watch Live) Joe Biden called a Fox News reporter a 'lying dog face' during a press conference on Tuesday - before being asked if he was in cognitive decline.  The presumptive Democratic nominee made the quip before he was questioned over his mental sharpness during a campaign event at a high school in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware. Biden responded saying he is 'constantly tested'. 'All you gotta do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against,' he said.

(Watch Live) Decriminalization of same-sex relationships is a slowly gaining traction in developing countries. In Gabon, the country’s senate recently voted 59 to 17 in favor of overturning a previous law to effectively legalize consensual sex acts between same-sex individuals. If the new legislation is signed into law, Gabon will join  a short list of African  countries which permit same-sex relationships.

(Watch Live) In a 5-4 ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court narrowly decided that religious schools cannot be excluded from state & local private school funding programs, regardless of their treatment or mistreatment of LGBT and other marginalized communities. Originally all religious schools were excluded from private-school funding programs to maintain separation of church and state. The court relied on a 2017 precedent that established the exclusion as an unconstitutional violation of first amendment rights.

(Watch Live) In a podcast interview, the former president of Ireland, Mary McAleese, spoke out against the Catholic Church’s teachings on the ‘evils’ of homosexuality. The conversation was one of a 5-part series of interviews with various high-profile LGBT allies across the world. McAleese championed her vision for a more inclusive society that would accept people of all races, religions, and sexual orientations.

(Watch Live) Facebook is beginning to take the boycott from many large corporate entities seriously as its ad revenue is beginning to dwindle. On Tuesday Facebook took decisive action against a large extremist 'boogaloo' group - a term used by people to describe a second civil war. Tuesday’s move by Facebook designates the right wing 'boogaloo' network as a dangerous organization similar to the Islamic State group and white supremacists, both of which are already banned from its service. The ban comes months after researchers began warning Facebook about the group.

(Watch Live) As coronavirus cases rise to record levels, prompting some states to pause or walk back their reopening plans, many lawmakers have called for a national mask mandate. Presumptive presidential nominee Joe Biden said that if he’s elected, he would use federal power to require all Americans to wear masks in public places. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has also voiced her support for the practice: “Real men wear masks,” she said earlier this month. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has also called for an executive order mandating that everyone wear masks in public, suggesting that President Trump—who has downplayed the importance of masks and dismissed suggestions that he wear one—should lead by example.

(Watch Live) President Trump rebuked New York City's plan to paint "Black Lives Matter" on Fifth Avenue, calling it a "symbol of hate" in a Wednesday morning tweet. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio spoke about the plan in an interview with MSNBC on Wednesday, saying he intends to have the words painted on the street where Trump Tower sits. Trump said that would amount to "denigrating this luxury Avenue" and would "further antagonize" the police.
