(WATCH LIVE) A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn, a possible conclusion to a long-running political fight. Despite Flynn twice pleading guilty for lying to the FBI about his conversations with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the presidential transition, the Justice Department moved last month to dismiss the case against him. Sullivan did not immediately act, instead asking for a review of the decision. If unchallenged with further appeals, the ruling exonerates Flynn after he sought to change his plea and claimed innocence. When Flynn started that chant at the 2016 RNC 'Lock Her Up' over Hillary Clinton Emails... it seems that that he is now in that same boat.  The Justice Department chanted 'Lock Him Up' and now that will not happen either.'

Then Walmart decides to not fly the flag because they make more money if they don't. It's a funny world in this THE BIG FINISH

(WATCH LIVE) Despite warnings from public health officials, new research suggests Black Lives Matter protests across the country have not led to a jump in coronavirus cases. A new study, published this month by the National Bureau of Economic Research, used data on protests from more than 300 of the largest US cities, and found no evidence that coronavirus cases grew in the weeks following the beginning of the protests. It would appear the protesters actually did a good job following safety protocols even as they fought for freedoms.

(WATCH LIVE) President Trump did not seem to show any lingering problems from the disappointment in Tulsa over the weekend as he showed his usual zeal for half-truths and casual racism in a rally in Arizona on Tuesday. He seemed particularly pleased when the phrase 'Wuhan Virus' rolled off his tongue and when a crowd member shouted out 'Kungflu' he could do nothing but nod. The students in attendance were enthusiastic for the President for reasons that at the time of this airing remain unclear to all of us here at Q News Tonight.

The bar, in New York City’s queer mecca, Greenwich Village, is the site of the famed 1969 riots where LGBTQ patrons squared off with police. And it has since been named a historic landmark. Organizers pulled together two crowdfunding campaigns to save the Stonewall Inn - one for the staff who are out of work, and one to keep the lights on. In 2016, President Barack Obama named the Stonewall Inn the country’s first LGBTQ rights monument.
